About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and policy updates.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Support HR team with compliance reporting and audits.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR administration or similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
