We’re in need of an HR Coordinator for temp to hire. We need someone with Paylocity HRIS system experience and recruiting experience is highly desired. Training will take some time. Looking for a true go getter!

Looking for a:
*Reliable individual
*Someone detail oriented – Following instructions is key!
*A person able to work in a fast paced environment
*Computer Savvy, sharp candidate, Google and Microsoft, Paylocity and/or ADP experience preferred

Employee will be recruiting and onboarding, updating information in the Paylocity database, and assisting with other general HR admin duties. Respond as first point of contact for incoming phone calls; direct inquiries to the appropriate team member and handle outbound correspondence when necessary. Manage interview and new hire schedules for the office and ensure confirmation emails have been sent This person will facilitate new hire documents and onboarding, data entry in ADP, tracking time and attendance information and other coordinator type things. Conduct background checks and professional reference checks on select candidates. Produce specified reporting information in a timely, compliant manner that meets applicable deadlines. Screen resumes sent to our administrative inbox and forward to appropriate team member Assist with maintaining job postings and reviewing online applications. Participate in goals to screen and schedule prospective candidates; primarily by learning to utilize incoming calls from job seekers. Maintain branch inventory by tracking supply needs and submitting orders through approved vendor.
