Certifications such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), experience using Paycom, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, plus strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and the ability to learn payroll management and human resource information systems (HRIS) will be keys to success in this stable organization. Will be responsible for addressing employee questions and concerns about HR policies, Maintain and update employee training records and Assist employees with benefits enrollment, answer benefits-related questions, and ensure compliance with benefits regulations for Business Services – Other company.
