About the Role:
Supported by HR leadership, the HR Generalist will be well-organized, flexible, and experienced in handling a wide range of HR duties typical for a rapidly growing company. Reporting directly to the Vice President of HR, this full-time position is based at our corporate office in Torrance, California.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruiting, compensation, training, goal setting, performance management, leave administration, coaching, and employee relations.
Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Provide consultation and advisory support to managers and employees.
Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and productivity.
Educational Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist with broad responsibilities.
Strong organizational development experience (3 years required).
Expertise in Compensation & Benefits Management (3 years required).
Proven ability in Policy Development & Compliance (3 years required).
Consultation and Advisory experience (5 years preferred).
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office software.
Manufacturing industry experience a must.
