We are urgently seeking a versatile and innovative Human Resources Generalist with a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Duties for this role may include developing and implementing policies and procedures, participating in developing department goals, objectives and systems, employee development, coaching, managing employee relations, recruiting, performing benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and monitoring employee performance. Qualified candidates must have a thorough knowledge of CA labor laws as related to HR to assist with the implementation of policies and best practices. The HR Generalist will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and goal attainment in order to enhance employee experience and drive organizational performance.
