We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist who is confident, organized, and experienced in supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, as you will support a diverse workforce and serve as a key point of contact for employees and management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Assist with recruitment efforts: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation in accordance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
Support training initiatives, performance reviews, and corrective action processes.
Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed.
Ensure compliance with California labor laws and company standards.

Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
2–4 years of HR experience (Generalist or Coordinator level).
Strong understanding of HR best practices and California employment laws.
Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding tools, and employee documentation.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Must be located in or near Pasadena, CA.

Preferred Skills
Experience in a multi-site or fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of payroll processes or timekeeping systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
