Join a highly respected, long-standing construction company in Southern Oregon as their Human Resources / Office Support Manager, supporting both their workforce and core business operations.

In this role, you will be the central point of support for employees, leadership, and office processes. You’ll lead key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and employee relations—while also partnering with accounting, payroll, and administrative teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Human Resources Leadership

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
  • Support benefits administration, employee engagement, and HR documentation
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace expectations
  • Facilitate the annual performance review process and salary band evaluations

Office + Business Operations Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and day-to-day office needs
  • Provide occasional receptionist/front desk coverage
  • Offer support for Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Billing functions
  • Assist with general administrative initiatives to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within construction or a related industry, to include hands on benefits administration experience
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and hands-on employee relations
  • Strong understanding of AP, payroll, and billing, especially within construction environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/payroll software (Sage 300, Intacct, or similar)
  • Union experience preferred but not required
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven, with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Business-savvy, team-oriented, and comfortable balancing HR and operational needs
