Immediate need for an HRBP – Generalist. Must be experienced with benefits, recruiting, employee relations and managing complaints. This full-time, onsite role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $89,000, along with comprehensive benefits. The HRBP/Generalist will support a workforce of over 1,000 employees and work closely with a team of five HR professionals who are fully cross-trained to provide strong support across the business.
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities, and committed to supporting both employees and leadership. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic environment while growing alongside a collaborative and experienced HR team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, including recruitment, compensation/benefits, workers’ compensation, employee relations, policy development, and organizational development. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills required.
