We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR / Payroll Administrator to support our human resources and payroll functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on schedule (hourly and/or salaried employees)
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
Handle timekeeping, benefits administration support, and payroll inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Support HR tasks such as audits, reports, and general administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles preferred
Knowledge of payroll systems and basic employment regulations is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
