Let’s start the year with a full-time position working with an amazing company. This position is an onsite role, Monday thru Friday. Bilingual Spanish is a must. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership, guiding leaders, and driving results without needing day-to-day direction. They will partner with ADP to implement HR tools, lead recruitment and compliance, coach managers to be better leaders, develop performance metrics across departments (including warehouse, sales, drivers, and purchasing), and champion employee engagement through company events and cultural initiatives.

 Immediate need for an experienced HR Generalist who is. Responsibilities will include develop and implement HR systems, policies, and best practices for a growing organization. Partner with ADP to manage HRIS, payroll, and benefits programs efficiently. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new hires. Coach and support managers with leadership development, performance reviews, and employee relations. Design and deliver ongoing leadership and team management training for supervisors and team leads. Create and track performance metrics across departments warehouse, sales, drivers, and purchasing to measure productivity, accountability, and overall team effectiveness. Client is looking to interview and start immediately.
