We’re looking for a proactive Human Resource Representative to take charge of a wide range of human resources functions and play a key role in fostering a positive, productive, and engaging work environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the full recruitment cycle – from posting jobs and interviewing to onboarding new talent.
Champion employee relations by resolving conflicts and building a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.
Drive performance management by coordinating appraisals and supporting managers with improvement plans.
Manage benefits programs, helping employees navigate health, retirement, and more.
Ensure our HR policies align with labor laws and best practices, keeping compliance front and center.
Organize impactful training sessions and employee development programs.
Maintain meticulous records while safeguarding sensitive HR information.
Develop and implement exciting employee engagement initiatives to keep morale high.
