Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with sales team bi weekly to present accurate reports, training, processes and growth. Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc;
  • Maintain frequent communication with Leadership Team;
  • Driving sales revenue and conversion for the division;
  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to increase close rate, average tickets and deals.
  • Obtain all licensing required to perform job function, as applicable;
  • Execute all Company processes and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Maintain relationships with customers insuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times; get 5 star reviews and referrals.
  • Work with other departments to ensure great customer service from the signing of the deal to the install
  • Complete proper scheduling to hit company daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Hiring, educating, stimulating, and guiding each advisor to meet or exceed goals.
  • Weekly Ride a longs
  • Taking all accountability and boss calls from advisors.

Requirements:

  • Must have in home sales experience. (preferred in HVAC)
  • Demonstrates commitment to company values.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employee and management.
  • Work in a fast paced multi-task environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to build sales processes, presentations, and training material.
  • Always have integrity and professionalism.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Ability to drive sales.
  • Must comply with all operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $95k-$125k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
