We are looking for an Import Operations CSR who will handle ocean and air import operations. We’re an expanding and growing company with a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Great benefits and bonus!

Duties/Responsibilities
– A-Z air/ocean import operations and customer service support
– Receive pre-alerts from origin, input data into company system, and send arrival notices to clients
– Work with multiple internal/external parties including customs brokers, trucking companies, etc.
– Follow up with customers and send required documents and notices
– Answer customer questions and troubleshoot problems
– Follow up on invoices and collect OBL and payments from importers
– Release freight and arrange trucking delivery

Qualifications
– 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience
– Degree in Business or related field
– Bilingual Mandarin required to communicate with HQ in Shenzhen
– Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
