Job Title: Indexing Specialist (Data Entry)
Location: Parma, OH (On-site)
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Type: Temp to Perm
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Indexing Specialist to support high-speed data entry and document indexing in a fast-paced office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong typing and 10-key skills who thrives on accuracy and efficiency. Medical or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume manual data entry and verification from digital images
- Classify and validate digital documents
- Validate automatically extracted metadata and redactions
- Index and verify document information accurately
- Conduct quality control for digitized documents
- Validate and reconcile check data and batch totals
- Distribute check amounts by account based on customer requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10,000 KPH (keystrokes per hour)
- Must have 10-key experience – please ensure this is clearly listed on your resume
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher with minimal errors (typing test required – in-person)
- Prior data entry or clerical experience preferred
- Medical industry experience is a plus
Next Steps:
