We are hiring for Inside Sales – Order Processor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process daily orders and send order confirmations.
* Answer phone calls and manage sales promotions effectively.
* Provide accurate pricing and product availability to customers.
* Expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments by collaborating with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations, and other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2-3 years of experience in B2B order processing and customer service.
* Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

HUGE PLUS:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience with electrical products.
* Experience with Sage 300.
