You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location with an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet regulatory and company standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to identify defects and non-conformities, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS

The annual base salary range for this position is $54,100 ($26.00/Hr.) to $81,000 ($38.94/Hr.) Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

  • At least three (3) years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control and root cause analysis methodologies.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
