Description
Assist the department with incoming devices, inventory in stock and out-of-stock items. Update information on system to maintain inventory records.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Disassemble parts from devices utilizing hand tools.
- Assemble products following SOP’s and provided training
- Review parts obtained, check to ensure they’re in working order.
- Review and update all inventory movement and adjustments.
- Move products to and from inventory to ship out based on orders received.
- Coordinate and track outbound shipments of parts.
- Perform stock checks, rework and re-labeling.
- Experience with shipping and receiving, particularly using FedEx.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
Required Experience:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
- Intermediate mechanical aptitude, including previous work experience in a Manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 60 pounds.
- Sit, walk or stand for prolong periods of time. Display specific vision abilities including, close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments, (32F – 95F).
- Ability to encompass heights.
- Frequent bending and kneeling.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$22.00 – $30.75 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
