The IT Call Center agent contributes to AHF’s mission by answering calls from our user, creating tickets and escalating to appropriate team ensuring faster response in resolving our AHF staff’s IT related issues and requests.
Providing timely response to all AHF staff allows them to better serve our clients. IT call center agent role is to provide faster response to all incoming calls and emails. This is a key role interfacing with AHF staff, gathering information on issues and creating tickets. Troubleshooting and repair in an end-user environment including but not limited, desktops, laptops, printers ect. This allows IT department to provide a timely service delivery to all.
IT operations team (IT Service Desk) is where all AHF staff go for IT related issues and request. This team is consistence of highly train technicians who not only resolve most issues but also deploy equipment and manages 3rd party services across US. IT call center agent allows team to focus on resolving issues and deployment.
