The ideal candidate will have a broad IT background, with at least 5 years of technical support and project management experience, and a solid understanding of network concepts including firewalls, routers, and DNS/DHCP. Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), remote support tools, and help desk solutions is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users, and a self-starter attitude are also important.
