Raytheon’s Advanced Products & Solutions finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst II work within the USAF Sustainment Program Finance organization.  You will be working for an organization that is noted for its teamwork across functional boundaries. What You Will Do

  • Assist USAF Sustainment Manager with Financial Planning and Analyses for the USAF  Programs, with estimated annual sales of $200M. 
  • You will fully support Sustainment, working closely with the assigned PM and leveraging with other Sr. Level Analyst in ensuring that all required financial inputs (including reporting) are reviewed, analyzed and submitted in a timely manner. 
  • Responsibility will also include providing internal financial planning (e.g., bookings, sales, profit, and cash forecasting and analysis) and billing support of Manual Invoice Requests (MIRs). 
  • You will be responsible for all the Financial Analysis and Business Management for assigned IPT(s) or PM under the USAF Sustainment Program. 
  • The position requires a thorough knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Business development. 
  • A critical function of the position is assisting in consolidating, reporting and analyzing the financial performance of the Program to meet forecasting and AOP guidance. 
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly analysis and communication of performance, risks, and opportunities to management is critical.
  • You must be able to work in a highly dynamic, high pressure environment. 
  • This role helps cultivate improvement initiatives with a focus on continuous control monitoring through utilization of Raytheon’s systems and accounting processes.
  • As assigned, responsibilities include variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development. 

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP R/3, BW/BPS System Tools, CART an Cash workflow system.

  • Excellent communication skills required to coordinate financial data and inputs across multiple Production sites across the U.S. and internationally.  Some travel required.  This role plays an essential role in establishing transparent finance processes and decision making tools to assist key team members in the growth of this business.
  • The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team environment, supporting the Functional business efforts will be fundamental to thrive in this role and will help maximize the shareholder value of the organization work effort.

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD – 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
