Lecturer, Modern Greek University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF10122 The UCLA Department of Classics and the UCLA Stavros Niarchos Foundation Center for the Study of Hellenic Culture invite applications for a Lecturer position in Modern Greek language and culture for the academic year 2025-26. The successful candidate will teach the introduction to Modern Greek language sequence (three quarters) and the intermediate/advanced sequence (three quarters). Experience in language teaching is the primary requirement. A PhD is preferred, although we will consider candidates with MA degrees who have exceptional teaching skills and experience. We welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research, or community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence.
