We’re seeking a Legal Records Clerk to support our legal team with file management and records maintenance.
This role involves overseeing records destruction in compliance with firm policies, scanning and barcoding files, updating matter lists, and assisting with monthly inventory.
Additional responsibilities include:
-Organizing and filing legal documents
-Preparing boxes for off-site storage
-Retrieving archived files
-Maintaining accurate records using barcode software and LawTime.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment with attorneys and support staff.
