Job Title: Legal Mailroom Clerk
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: King Of Prussia, PA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Legal Mailroom Clerk to join our client services team. You will be responsible for delivering packages, managing email print requests, and handling copy/print tasks in a mailroom setting. The role involves using Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment such as printers, copiers, and postage machines.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Pay rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages, manage email print requests, and handle copy/print tasks in a mailroom environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment such as printers, copiers, and postage machines.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a legal/professional environment.
  • Support document management, shipping/receiving, and cost recovery functions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal industry is strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic electronics knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and follow instructions.
  • Experience with mail delivery processes and verifying incoming materials.
