Legal Administrative Assistant
Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to gain valuable experience in a law firm setting? We are seeking a full-time, in-office Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate, especially a graduate considering law school or graduate studies.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our daily operations, providing essential support to our attorneys and administrative staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling and scanning mail.
Answering inbound calls and taking messages.
Performing data entry and managing files.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
While we are open to training the right candidate, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel) and data/file management software like iManage is a plus.
