NOW HIRING: Career Legal Scheduler / Administrative Assistant Needed
Location: Stevenson Ranch, CA 91381
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: $22–$25/hour (DOE)
A well-established legal firm in Stevenson Ranch is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduler / Administrative Assistant to support scheduling and case management. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, consistency, and being a key contributor within a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule mediations and coordinate calendars for attorneys, mediators, and clients
Manage case-related communications and maintain accurate records
Answer phones, handle email correspondence, and route inquiries appropriately
Prepare, organize, and update case files and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
Qualifications
Previous legal scheduling experience required
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines efficiently
Professional communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
