DIRECT HIRE Legal Secretary needed for this Labor Law/Litigation law firm.
**Must have experience in Employment Law and have a passion for advocacy in areas such as wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and harassment

Key Responsibilities
-Support attorneys with case management, deadlines, and file maintenance
-Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
-Prepare exhibits and documentation for depositions, mediations, and trials
-Coordinate scheduling with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
-Analyze employment records, contracts, and case materials
-Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
-Manage document production and assist with e-discovery
-Ensure compliance with court procedures and filing deadlines

Qualifications
Paralegal certification or bachelor’s degree in a related field
3+ years of Employment Law experience
Proven litigation experience from case inception to resolution
Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and other employment laws
Proficiency in legal procedures and case management software
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
