Position Summary:
In this temporary role, you will enjoy challenging yourself to assist individuals in identifying the best health insurance product for their needs in a call center environment. You will provide a consultative sales experience focused on improving healthcare for current and future members. Your goal is to enroll customers into a health plan via primarily inbound calls, with some outbound follow-ups and marketing campaign support.
Essential Functions
Sales (80%)
Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, and processes
Generate customer sales via qualified inbound calls/outbound opportunities
Identify and cross-sell various product offerings
Respond to inquiries regarding product offerings
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Help customers overcome obstacles to choosing health solutions
Drive growth by exceeding sales goals
Meet company and client metrics for revenue, retention, and service
Compliance (20%)
Resolve customer issues on the first call and log all information
Follow compliant sales scripts and procedures
Research and resolve disputes within guidelines
Complete and maintain all required paperwork
Facilitate the correct application process
Required Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Licenses/Certifications:
Florida 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License (or equivalent from another state)
Completion of product training
Background screening and fingerprinting
Preferred Qualifications
Work Experience:
1 year of commissioned or bonus-based sales
1 year of call center experience
1 year of health insurance experience
