Job Title: Loan Documentation Support
Pay rate: $26.09
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work mode: 5 days in office for first month then will have option to move to hybrid mode.
Project Summary: Prestigious Fortune 500 Company is seeking an individual to support our Legal Remedies team. This role involves pulling media for loans to aid in the litigation process of defaulted accounts. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external law firms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Access various systems to gather media items, package materials into PDFs, and send information to external law firms.
- Assist in creating and completing reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and collect items from lists in E-Car.
- Support ad hoc legal remedy projects as needed.
Top Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and OneNote.
- Ability to combine documents using Adobe Pro or Adobe Reader.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to follow specific procedures.
- Understanding of loan processing.
Experience:
- Background in finance or banking.
- Experience in administration.
- Familiarity with banking operations.
- Knowledge of loan processing.
