Job Title: MAC -Device Setup Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite role)
- Proficiency in utilization and maintenance of configuration and automation solutions for iOS setups including:
- Custom device installations and upgrades
- Subsequent configurations including user account, app settings setup
- Device pairing
- Advanced knowledge of quality control methods, understanding of problem identification, and resolution analysis
- Ability to analyze recurring technical issues and deploy long-term strategies
- Perform mobile device custom installation and upgrades and subsequent configuration including user account, app settings setup, and device pairings
- Understand complex HW and SW interactions using in-house tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for device set-up
- Strong attention to detail for device troubleshooting, and shipping/vendor coordination
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per year
