The CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist is an integral member of our shop team. This role supports standalone milling and lathe operations. 

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

1–3 years of CNC milling experience preferred 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to learn new skills and take on increasing responsibility

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Additional Requirements

Measure and inspect parts per traveler, work instructions, and blueprints

Fixture and set up CNC mill machines

Run multiple jobs simultaneously

Read and interpret blueprints

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance

Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

Stand for extended periods (minimum 8 hours)

Bend, maneuver in tight spaces, and perform repetitive motions

Use hands to handle tools, controls, and precision instruments

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Experience

CNC programming experience using GibbsCAM or Mastercam

Knowledge of various metals and alloys

Proficiency in quality inspection techniques

Documented quality training

Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles

Experience operating manual Bridgeport mills, lathes, and grinders

ITAR Requirements

To comply with U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be:

A U.S. citizen

A lawful permanent resident

A protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)

Or eligible to obtain the required authorization from the U.S. Department of State

Monday – Friday

1st shift:  7:00 am – 3:30 pm 

2nd shift:  3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

$24-$30 an hour DOE
