Join a professional office environment in Dayton, OH, as a Mail Associate! We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support the daily processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
Key Responsibilities:
-Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail accurately and promptly
-Process and prepare outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
-Maintain logs and records as needed
-Deliver mail to appropriate departments or personnel
-Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks related to mail services
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous mailroom or administrative support experience is a plus
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to stand, walk, and lift light packages throughout the shift
-Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
