We’re seeking a dependable Mail & Package Specialist to support a low-volume mailroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and being on the move. You’ll be responsible for receiving packages and delivering them to internal mail stops within a multi-building complex (all walking distance, some stairs involved).
Key Responsibilities:
-Receive, sort, and deliver packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
-Manage delivery communications via Teams and email
-Lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
-Maintain accurate delivery logs and tracking information
-Perform light copier, imaging, and office support functions
-Provide excellent onsite customer service and maintain a clean, professional appearance
-Operate mail and office equipment as needed
-Perform occasional conference room setups and light building support
Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-1–2 years of relevant experience (mailroom, shipping/receiving, facilities, or office support)
-Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 50 lbs) and climb stairs regularly
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
-Strong communication, reliability, and time management
-Comfortable working independently and interacting with remote team members
