Job Title: Mail Services Associate
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.31/hour
We are currently seeking a Mail Services Associate to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves critical operational tasks within the financial services industry, including credit card processing, billing setup, and contract support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily off-cycle credit card updates and transactions
- Maintain and update billing setups for existing customers (billing type, frequency, etc.)
- Assist with setting up and maintaining revenue share schedules
- Review and work with contract amendments (90% of tasks involve contractual terms)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in the financial industry
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of contractual terms
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
