Key Responsibilities

-Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
-Sort, deliver, and manage mail/packages efficiently.
-Provide high-quality copy, print, and document scanning services.
-Maintain security and confidentiality for all client materials.
-Ensure the workspace is organized and meets quality standards.
-Support specialty projects and cross-train in other service areas.

What We’re Looking For

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Knowledge of mail sorting, shipping, and office equipment.
-Ability to multitask, work independently, and take initiative.
-Physical capability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
-Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
