We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our team as a Mail Services representative. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and ensuring excellent customer service.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk customer service, including answering telephones and greeting/directing visitors
- Sort mail and packages for distribution
- Maintain the cleanliness of the breakroom/kitchen
- Set up conference rooms for meetings
- Restock supplies as needed
- Handle various tasks with attention to detail and a commitment to customer service
Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
