We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our team as a Mail Services representative. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and ensuring excellent customer service.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk customer service, including answering telephones and greeting/directing visitors
  • Sort mail and packages for distribution
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the breakroom/kitchen
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Handle various tasks with attention to detail and a commitment to customer service

Qualifications:

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
