Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Location: Brooklyn, OH
Position Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.59/hr
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented, team-focused Mailroom Associate with strong customer service skills. Role involves walking/standing most of the day and occasional lifting of 30–50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and deliver USPS and accountable packages
Track packages using chain-of-custody technology
Retrieve outbound packages and create FedEx labels
Walk and navigate a campus with multiple buildings/floors
Qualifications:
Customer-focused experience (e.g., restaurant servers)
Comfortable standing/walking 4–6 hours/day
Strong attention to detail
No prior mailroom experience required
