Job Title: Mailroom Associate
 Contract: Temporary to Perm
 Location: Round Rock, TX
 Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
 Position Overview:
 We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Associate. You will support mailroom operations, package processing, and event setup. Duties include handling packages, palletizing, sorting and scanning mail, and assisting with moving furniture for various event setups.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $17.02/hr
Responsibilities:
- Process and palletize packages in the mailroom.
- Sort and scan incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with event setup, including moving tables, chairs, and other equipment for conference, auditorium, or classroom-style events.
- Follow safety procedures for lifting items up to 50 lbs; assistance available for heavier items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Some experience in a similar role preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, postage machines) is a plus.
- Strong organization and customer service skills.
