We’re seeking a professional and customer-focused Mailroom & Office Support to support operations. This role focuses on mail services, shipping and receiving, copy/print services, and general office and building support.
Pay Rate: $18–$22/hour (flexible, based on experience)
Location: 6888 Sierra Center Pkwy, Reno, NV 89511
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments (USPS and carriers)
- Deliver incoming parcels to end users and prepare outgoing shipments
- Operate high-volume copy, print, and document imaging equipment
- Perform binding, finishing, quality control, and final document checks
- Operate document imaging and document management software
- Maintain supply inventories and generate management reports
- Ensure copiers and equipment are functioning properly (clear jams, monitor quality, notify technicians)
- Distribute mail, faxes, office supplies, and completed jobs
- Respond to customer service requests and service calls
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory duties
- Support meeting room and conference room setups
- Perform light maintenance, filing, archiving, and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Travel between buildings on site when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager or Supervisor

?? Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in a related role (mailroom, shipping/receiving, office services, copy/print, or customer service)
- Prior copy/print experience is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good PC skills (MS Office, email, document handling software)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, math, and filing skills
- Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
