Do you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy staying active?
We’re seeking a reliable, self-starting Mailroom Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment involving mail and package delivery, document handling, and daily interaction with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
-Sort and process incoming packages and mail
-Deliver mail and packages across the corporate campus
-Operate high-volume copy and print equipment
-Scan, image, and manage digital files using specialized software
-Maintain copier and office equipment (minor fixes, supply checks)
-Perform occasional light maintenance or setup for meetings
-Handle occasional filing, organizing, and document archiving tasks

Required Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-1–2 years of experience in mailroom, office services, or a related field
-Basic PC knowledge (MS Office, Email, File Management)
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
-Comfortable using equipment such as copiers, shrink-wrap machines, scales, etc.
-Related copy/print or facilities support experience is a plus.
