Location: Dearborn, MI 48126
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Dress Code: Business casual (jeans, polos, nice shirts; no sandals or open-toe shoes)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Specialist to handle incoming mail, prepare documents for scanning, and upload them into the system.

Key Responsibilities
-Open, sort, and prep mail for scanning
-Scan and upload documents into the system
-Operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines, postage meters)
-Maintain records and track office supplies
-Assist with occasional reception duties

Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED
-One to two years of related experience (mailroom, document processing, or office support preferred)
-Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
