Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and requirements
3+ years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Receptionist preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish (This is a requirement!)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors to the office suite
Answer inbound phone calls for seven buildings, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Create and close work orders accurately and timely
Generate and manage purchase orders
Assist in coordinating schedules for routine maintenance tasks with various departments and supervisors
Ensure proper filing and organization of paperwork
Perform data entry tasks with precision
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and additional tenant services
Handle miscellaneous administrative activities and projects assigned by management
Support overall office operations with professionalism and efficiency
