We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to provide coverage during a leave of absence – POSSIBILITY of temp to hire:
-Lead and oversee a team of up to 7 maintenance staff
-Coordinate unit preparation to ensure apartments are move-in ready
-Organize supplies and manage inventory efficiently
-Develop and implement processes including checklists to streamline operations
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who excels at team management, organization, and process improvement.
