A rare opportunity has arisen as our long-tenured Maintenance Supervisor—placed by the firm over a decade ago—readies for retirement. We seek a dynamic, hands-on leader to carry forward this legacy of elite service.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise day-to-day maintenance across a portfolio of high-end commercial properties.

Coordinate, prioritize, and oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

Manage and maintain vendor relationships; uphold quality control standards for all contracted services.

Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests and emergencies.

Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and safely.

Maintain equipment and supplies inventory; handle procurement as needed.

Support capital improvement initiatives and renovations as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

In-depth knowledge of building systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.

Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end environment.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.
