Immediate need for maintenance technician seeking comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision and dental insurance, competitive salary and paid holidays and vacation time plus options for retirement savings.
At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities work, or a related trade, foundational knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and
physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity will be keys to success in this growing organization. Will be responsible for performing regular inspections and carry out preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, handling minor repairs such as painting, lighting, and fixture upkeep and coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed for Construction – Residential & Commercial/Office company.
