Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician Level 3 to perform advanced repairs, troubleshoot complex building issues, and help keep our apartment communities safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete daily work orders in Yardi
  • Perform advanced repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex maintenance issues
  • Communicate with residents to schedule and complete repairs
  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify needed repairs
  • Assist with or lead major system installs and replacements
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar
  • Strong technical skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Experience using maintenance software (Yardi preferred)
  • High School Diploma required
  • Certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus
  • Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record

Physical & Work Requirements
Lift 25–50 lbs; frequent standing/walking
Work primarily in occupied apartment units
Background check and DMV report required
