The Manager, Field Sales & Marketing plays a critical role in enabling executional excellence across Red Bull’s U.S. On Premise business by supporting both Field Sales leadership and On Premise Marketing with best-in-class tools, reporting, communication, and project management.

This role acts as a force multiplier for the organization, translating strategy into clear materials, building high-impact decks and reports for leadership, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that Region teams are set up to win through clarity, consistency, and speed.

The Field Support Manager partners closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, to drive alignment, elevate execution, and deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity and impact in the field.

  • Executive & Field Leadership Support

    Build high-quality decks, reports, and executive materials for: On Premise Leadership Team, Field leadership forums, Cross-functional steering committees

    Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable communication for the field.

    Support preparation for key moments: Leadership meetings, National & Regional Summits, Quarterly business Reviews (All Hands, Townhalls, etc.)

  • Project Management & Cross-Functional Initiatives

    Support and lead a portfolio of cross-functional projects spanning: Field Sales, On Premise Marketing, Insights & Analytics

    Example of projects (but not limited to) could be: High Impact Execution Tracking, Business Case support, etc.

    Own timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment

    Drive clarity across initiatives by: Defining scope and success metrics, Tracking progress and dependencies, Apply structured project management and innovation frameworks

  • Sales & Marketing Enablement

    Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop national tools, resources, and playbooks for the field.

    Support creation and rollout of: Campaign toolkits, Training materials

    Ensure that all content aligns with: Brand standards, Channel strategy, Executional realities of the field

  • Process Improvement & Field Productivity

    Identify opportunities to: Simplify workflows, Reduce admin burden, Improve Project/Program speed to market

    Support automation and digitization initiatives that improve: Communication flow, Reporting efficiency, Tool adoption in the field

    Act as a connector between HQ and Regions, especially within Field Sales and On Premise marketing department realities, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and adopted

  • In-Market Engagement

    Spend time in market with sales teams to: Pressure-test tools and programs, Identify friction points, Gather feedback for continuous improvement

    Bring the voice of the field into HQ conversations and project design.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in: Sales operations, Field enablement, Project management, Marketing operations (CPG / beverage strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in complex matrixed environments.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of: Sales execution drivers, Trade marketing dynamics, Field operating models.
  • Advanced skills in: PowerPoint (executive-level storytelling), Excel / Google Sheets, Reporting & performance dashboards
  • Demonstrated ability to: Simplify complexity, Influence without authority, Drive clarity in fast-moving environments
  • Comfort operating at both: Strategic altitude, Tactical execution level
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Travel 20-30%
