This position will report to the ADD Manager of Program Operations & Integration. This position oversees and manages ongoing division operations to include the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the overall strategic rhythm to create a productive management cadence that ensures the visibility of our critical development and high production rates are achieved per plan. In addition, this role drives a horizontal and vertical integration action between the Business Units (BU) and Functions to ensure the health of our people, processes and tools are being addressed in our Business Units. This role establishes top-level risks, issues and critical actions being addressed down into the organization and that performance dashboards are created to create transparent visibility from BUs up through sector and corporate. This role will also support the top-level development of strategies in alignment with the programs to create ADD-level Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the corresponding investment requirements needed, e.g. Capital, Indirect and Non-Contractual Technical Activity (NCTA). This role includes the formal development and delivery of these products to the sector. Other monthly deliverables to Sector will be the update and submission of Intranet Program Review System (IPRS) in support of the Corporate Executive Leadership Team (ELT), review of Non-Financial goals for Customer Satisfaction and, Quality metrics.
This role will also entail special assignments on areas of critical importance to include, but not limited to critical staffing assessment and visibility metrics, employee engagement survey analysis and coordinated action plan development with the IPTs, operational efficiency, etc.
*Basic Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master’s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below
* Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, quality, program management, business management, global supply chain, engineering, contracts management capture efforts, and/or business management related functions
* Must have experience in working with customers at all levels
* Must have demonstrated understanding of program risk, opportunity and issue management process
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and special program access within a reasonable period of time as determined by the needs of the business

* Proven communication and leadership skills
* Working Knowledge of Northrop Grumman Web Based Reporting Systems
* Proven experience managing a team in a dynamic work environment
* Ability to develop relationships and operate in a collaborative team environment
* Experience with Sustainment and Modernization Programs
* Experience in coordinating information technology, facilities and Security support efforts
* A DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access in a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
Primary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 – $193,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
