job summary:
Join a startup team that is advancing their life saving product to market as a Electrical Manufacturing Technician! This team is rapidly growing and is aiming to save a countless amount of lives! The Electrical Manufacturing Technician role will be responsible for complex electrical assembly, inspection, machinery set-up, and NPI. This is a direct hire opportunity. Candidates should have at least 3+ years in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a medical device environment.

responsibilities:
- Perform complex assembly, repair, inspection, and testing, specializing in wiring, soldering, and circuit integration for PCB assembly
- Conduct in-process functional tests and electrical checks
- Troubleshoot equipment/process issues to identify root cause and support corrective action implementation
- Support engineers with prototype builds, design verification, and process validation
- Suggest electrical system enhancements
- Report deviations and assist in implementing CAPAs
- Mentor and train manufacturing personnel
Qualifications
- IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620 certification
- Cleanroom and ISO experience
