Immediate need for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join the team onsite in Oxnard, CA. This position will directly support and guide strategic, design-focused marketing efforts with the following duties:
– Set up and manage campaign tracking for conversions to measure ROI and optimize performance
-Create and customize new product pages with attention to design and usability
-Perform page updates, rate changes, and content modifications in a timely and accurate manner
-Create impactful visual content for digital platforms with test-and-learn methodology
-Create company print collateral/posters, social media static/motion graphics, and newsletters.
-Stay current with design trends, industry developments, and design innovations
-Work with outside designers,
agencies, and other team members to integrate marketing insights into visual assets.
-Other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years of experience
Strong copyediting skills and experience
Strong design skills with the ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Microsoft Office, Slideshare, Canva, Hubspot and WordPress
