We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Torrance. This is a 100% onsite role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B corporate marketing and a proven ability to execute diverse marketing campaigns. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, analyze data, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE):
Develop and execute email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
Utilize tools like ZoomInfo to research industry codes and generate high-quality leads.
Plan, schedule, and manage marketing campaigns by industry, territory, or other segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
Generate detailed reports using Salesforce CRM, MCAE, and Google Sheets.
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel formulas for report generation.
Navigate and synchronize data across CRM, MCAE, and Google Sheets.

Social Media Activities:
Create engaging social media content, including posts with images, links, and calls-to-action.
Design visually appealing images that reinforce branding and capture attention.
Announce new product releases and highlight features, benefits, and application examples.
Share updates on technology advancements to engage and grow followers.
Research and implement strategies to increase social media following and engagement.

Google Analytics:
Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
Analyze data to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and website performance.
Generate regular reports with actionable insights for optimizing marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the website maintenance team to implement improvements based on analytics data.

New Product Introduction (NPI):
Gather NPI information and materials from headquarters.
Create branded NPI slides.
Distribute materials to distributors and representatives as directed.
Update company websites with NPI news releases.

Website Maintenance:
Update and maintain company websites and blog sites.
Handle administrative duties related to website maintenance.
Coordinate with headquarters on updates, CI requests, and website functions or designs.
Continuously optimize websites to improve user experience and performance.

Trade Shows:
Coordinate trade show logistics with organizers and regional sales managers.
Act as a liaison between the U.S. sales team and headquarters for HQ-led trade shows.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B corporate marketing role.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing standards and best practices.
Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
Eager to learn and a strong team player.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Experience in project management.
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to generate various reports of accounts’ performance to C-Level.
